What does “Member has no contact information” mean?

Some members may have an exclamation point beside their name in your Member list.

This means they likely had text messaging turned on AND had never registered with Class Messenger AND have never provided an email address.  The result is our service has no way to send them your messages.  If you are a Teacher, you should encourage them to create a Class Messenger username and password then:

Alternatively, you can edit their information in the Members area of your Class (or Staffroom) and provide an email address so they can get messages.

We did retain their mobile number in our system so if you want  to Resend the Welcome message, just click that option as well and we’ll send them a text message telling them to register for an account:

Alternatively, you can ask the Member to simply register and Sign Up for your Class.

In time, you may want to delete Members with the exclamation point as they are not receiving messages anyway and it may become confusing to see them in your list.
