I am listed as a Student, but I’m a parent, how do I switch my status?

If your profile appears as a Student but you are a Parent, you have most likely entered in an incorrect date of birth upon registering. For security purposes, we do not allow users under the age of 17 to create Parent or Teacher accounts.

Also, since it would defeat the purpose of our security features, we can’t allow users to change their own date of birth.

We do allow Teachers to make this change for you…so please contact them or you can contact us at support@classmessenger.com
